Ideally prepared to accommodate all manner of downtown Dallas banquets, wedding receptions, social events and business meetings, Hotel Palomar Dallas features 9,000 square feet of meeting space located on the second floor of our boutique hotel. Flexible room arrangements make it easy to host occasions for as few as 12 people in one of our seven meeting rooms, or as many as 1,000 for a reception or 470 for a seated dinner in our ballroom, which can be divided into four separate spaces, the largest accommodating up to 200 seated guests. Combined with their respective pre-function space, these beautifully appointed Dallas meeting rooms provide a perfect setting for your upcoming event.
